The Chiswick Flower Market Community Grants Programme is nowopen for 2026, offering a total of £30,000 in funding for projects that helpmake Chiswick greener, more sustainable and more connected.
Grants of up to £3,000 are available to charities, communitygroups, schools, non-profit organisations and small independent businessesbased in Chiswick and the surrounding W4 area. The programme supportsinitiatives that benefit the local community, promote Chiswick High Road, orenhance environmental sustainability, biodiversity and urban greening.
Since launching last year, the fund has already awarded£12,500 to a range of local projects. These include improvements to the gardenat Cavendish Primary School, including the creation of a sensory garden;funding for art materials and room hire for the Hogarth Estate Junior YouthGroup; enhancements to the community garden at St Paul’s Church tosupport biodiversity; expanded wellbeing, arts and physical activity programmesdelivered by W4 Youth; biodiversity planting and school gardenimprovements led by Wild Chiswick; and upgrades to greenhouses andequipment used for community plant sales by the Chiswick Horticultural andAllotments Society.
